Job summary

eTech Partners is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture to own the global EA strategy and roadmap. You will lead a team of six Senior Architects and drive multi-year transformation across the organisation.

The role requires proven M&A integration experience, strong C-suite partnerships, and the ability to shape technology, data, AI, security and cloud roadmaps with governance across global operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing architecture teams.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management at C-suite and board level.
• Extensive M&A integration or major transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, develop and manage a team of six Senior Architects.
• Define enterprise-wide technology, data, AI, security and digital strategies.
• Shape target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Provide architecture leadership across major business and technology transformations.
• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders on strategic technology decisions.
• Strengthen architecture governance, standards and ways of working.
• Provide leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security.
