Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives across strategic accounts.
• Lead multi-year transformation programs spanning customer experience, product, digital, operations, and organizational change.
• Build alignment across governance bodies and steering committees.
• Develop ROI frameworks and long-term investment narratives.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product leadership.
• Define journey management methodologies and best practices.
• Represent the organization in executive briefings and industry events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy and delivery.
• Own strategic outcomes including ARR growth and net revenue retention.
