• Experience leading enterprise technology across multiple functions in a large, multi-country org.
• Proven track record delivering AI or digital transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to tie technology investments to quantified business value and simplify a fragmented landscape.
• Experience managing blended internal/outsourced teams and cross-functional executives.
• Strong commercial acumen and capability in financial forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-first strategy and workforce design, translating into multi-year roadmaps and budgets.
• Own insource/outsource strategy and governance across five functions.
• Lead change management, capability-building, and adoption of new operating models.
• Partner with CFO, CHRO, GBS leadership, GC, and Chief Communications Officer as accountable technology partner.
• Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and business continuity across portfolios.
