Scotsman Group, Scotland's leading hospitality group, seeks an Executive Head Chef to drive culinary excellence across venues. You will lead menu development, oversee multiple kitchens, mentor chefs, manage food costs, and partner with local suppliers to showcase Scottish ingredients.

You will guide operations, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure an exceptional guest experience across a dynamic portfolio.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, multi-site operation.
• Strong background in Scottish and modern British cuisine, with a focus on local ingredients.
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing food costs and budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Commitment to sustainability and seasonal local sourcing.
• Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Menu development across multiple venues reflecting Scotsman Group's commitment to quality and Scottish ingredients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple kitchens with high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Lead, train and develop head chefs and kitchen staff to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage food costs, inventory and budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source local produce and maintain strong relationships supporting sustainability goals.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance across kitchens and training of staff.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
