Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Experience leading a large kitchen brigade.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen brigade.
• Overseeing multiple outlets and ensuring food standards.
• Developing seasonal menus using local produce.
• Managing food costs, stock and wastage.
