You will drive financial targets, supervise staff, run regular appraisals, and partner with the GM to maintain budgets and food costs while developing menus and services.

• Ensure location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
• Monitor the work of all staff, carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential.
• Hold team meetings to communicate targets, standards and information.
• Work with General Manager to prepare budgets; achieve and maintain food cost within budget.
