Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in menu planning and costing.
• Ability to manage budgets and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial targets are met in line with client budget.
• Monitor staff, conduct appraisals and identify training needs.
• Lead team meetings to communicate targets and standards.
• Work with GM to prepare budgets and maintain food cost targets.
• Develop and evolve client services at location with regular improvements.
