BaxterStorey is seeking a Head Chef to lead a culinary team within our workplace hospitality programs in Edinburgh. You will inspire, develop menus, and ensure exceptional standards across service and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Have an obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to train and support a team.
• Financially astute with budget control and driving performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
