We are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary operations at a prestigious independent boarding school in Tetbury. About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and innovative food in a volume catering environment. You’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen management, team leadership, menu development, and compliance, while ensuring outstanding service to both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to consistently deliver excellent food and service.

Design and implement seasonal, fresh menus tailored to the needs of pupils and staff.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

Manage budgets, stock, and suppliers effectively to meet financial targets.

Collaborate closely with the school and the wider operations team to exceed client expectations.

A talented and experienced chef with a background in high-end hospitality or independent education catering.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.

Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
