Job summary
TAINA Technology Limited, a RegTech innovator, seeks an executive Go-To-Market Lead to own commercial strategy for AI-native products. You will partner with the CEO and ELT to shape category positioning, packaging, pricing and enterprise adoption frameworks across regulated markets.
You will lead go-to-market execution, work with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and drive market education and thought leadership to establish TAINA as a category leader in Agentic AI for tax
Qualifications
- Proven experience bringing AI-native enterprise software to market.
- Experience launching new products or categories.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software commercialization.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption in large organisations.
- Experience pricing, packaging and monetisation for AI-based solutions.
- Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Understanding SaaS economics and scaling.
- Experience creating and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for AI-native product portfolio.
- Establish positioning, value propositions and category creation.
- Lead product launch frameworks and commercialisation plans.
- Identify enterprise buyer personas and adoption pathways.
- Drive market validation, scaling initiatives and ROI storytelling.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning.
- Develop governance, risk and explainability framing for adoption.
- Shape pricing, licensing and monetisation models throughout lifecycle.
