RLDatix is seeking a Hybrid VP, Commercial Operations to lead end-to-end commercial operations across sales, marketing, customer success, pricing, finance and business operations, reporting to senior leadership, to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy and enable teams to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams in matrixed organisations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and BI tools.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred in healthcare/SaaS contexts.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the commercial operations strategy in alignment with UKI objectives and growth priorities.
• Leading sales operations, territory planning, forecasting and CRM strategy to improve pipeline visibility and deal conversion.
• Driving governance across win room, deal desk, renewals and pricing processes.
• Supporting UKI renewals and escalations with NHS teams and framework providers.
• Building and developing a high-performing commercial operations team to drive revenue growth.
