Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Executive Director to lead the onboarding transformation and product development team across global asset management platforms. You will drive an AI and data-centered vision to simplify client experience, improve efficiency, and evolve our product offering with senior leadership exposure.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and accelerate growth through innovative products and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding initiatives or transformation in financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to senior management.
• Proven ability to lead a product team of 10+ members and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and align product strategy with business goals and roadmaps.
• Leverage data and AI/ML to inform decisions and drive innovation.
• Engage with clients and internal users to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Deliver strategic roadmap with timely, high-quality product releases.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress to leadership.
