Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC's Applied AI ML team in Corporate and Investment Banking seeks an Executive Director to lead a small group of AI engineers. You will develop horizontal capabilities via APIs and libraries, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Line of Business AI teams to advance high-impact use cases.

You will promote best practices in AI, reproduce external results, publish novel findings, and ensure the firm stays at the forefront of AI along with strong communication to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• PhD or top AI research lab experience.
• Deep understanding of AI fundamentals and experimental design.
• Hands-on experience training and deploying models and pipelines.
• Experience leading high-performing AI teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist LoB AI teams to solve priority use cases within the domain.
• Design and build services and libraries for LoB AI teams to use.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI engineers.
• Collaborate with technology partners to maintain critical services.
• Promote best practices and stay updated with AI advances.
