Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Equity Operations Transformation Project Manager - Senior Associate to lead delivery, governance, and reporting for Global Equity Operations initiatives across regions.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, produce executive updates, and drive process improvements, Core Platform projects, and regulatory initiatives, offering exposure to regional and global programs within a dynamic global bank environment.

Qualifications

• Project management experience required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience with JIRA, AI/LLM and analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills.
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, detail-oriented.
• Ability to deliver initiatives on time with governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance process for timely delivery of the overall project.
• Produce project reporting for Management and Stakeholders.
• Coordinate the collation of supporting documentation throughout the Project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics around meetings, agendas, minutes and actions.
• Drive initiatives forward with leadership and focus for business functions.
• Delivering Executive updates and summaries.
• Effective issue escalation management.
