Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks an Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end implementation of Institutional client mandates for the EMEA team. You will collaborate with Clients, Investment Desks, Product Development and Compliance to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

You will lead stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure timely funding while identifying process improvements to enhance client outcomes. Strong PM and client service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships with professionalism.
• Proven project management experience across end-to-end initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of financial products: equities, bonds and funds.
• Understanding trade flow from inception to settlement and related custody.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-driven reporting.
• Capable of working independently and delivering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional mandates, including mergers and changes.
• Act as primary client contact during onboarding, coordinating timelines and funding.
• Lead internal and client meetings to scope, plan and deliver events on time.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, checklists and product specs.
• Perform control checkpoints and approvals before launch of mandates.
• Collaborate across teams to leverage expertise and service delivery.
• Identify risks, report status, and drive risk mitigation and process improvements.
