Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Manager within Asset and Wealth Management Operations to shape strategy and drive performance across product lines. You will influence senior leaders, connect people, processes, and data to deliver measurable outcomes in a global setting.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage budgets, and coordinate across HR, Finance, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services strategy, business management, or financial planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation development in PowerPoint.
• Strategic thinker who develops solutions and presents recommendations to senior leaders.
• Highly organized project manager who prioritizes and meets multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity who drives initiatives from idea to completion.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Investment Product Operations leadership team across multiple product lines.
• Support the Lead Business Manager in communicating priorities and tracking progress.
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Partner across the organization to execute the people agenda.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to track open roles, funding, and staffing needs.
• Liaise with Finance to prepare budgets and forecasts, manage expenses, report headcount, and oversee allocations.
• Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization, organizational and operational design, and innovation.
• Coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for leadership meetings, internal forums, town halls, and select client meetings.
• Streamline processes and prepare senior leaders for key meetings by compiling data, developing talking points, and creating materials.
