We're seeking an exceptional and passionate leader to become our Executive Director of People. This role is vital in elevating St Giles to the highest standards of workplace excellence in our sector. The position focuses on enhancing our people-centric culture, attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent that reflects the diversity and experiences of the communities we serve. As the Executive Director of People, you will work closely with our CEO and Executive Team, providing strategic and hands-on leadership to foster a high-energy environment and drive organisational success.
You should have a proven track record in senior people and culture roles, with experience in driving cultural change and developing high-performing staff through exceptional learning experiences. CIPD qualification, comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic implications are essential. Excellent communication skills are critical for success in this challenging role.
