As Executive Director of People, Culture and OD at Barnet and Southgate College, you will shape an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports our Vision 2030 and empowers our people to deliver excellence. This is a strategic leadership role with significant influence, where you will lead a progressive people strategy aligned to our mission to change lives, empower individuals and connect communities.

We are seeking an inspiring and experienced HR/OD professional with a passion for cultural and organisational transformation. You may already work at executive level or be ready to take the next step. You’ll have a proven track record of improving staff engagement and positioning organisations as employers of choice. With deep expertise in inclusive workforce strategy and people leadership, you will bring a coaching mindset, emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. Your leadership will be data-informed and values-driven, with the ability to think strategically while also engaging with operational detail to ensure delivery meets ambition.
