This senior role collaborates with Payments product, technology, finance, legal, risk, and regional teams to originate, evaluate, and execute deals from inception to close. Mansioni

• Support Corporate Development & Partnerships leadership in translating strategy into actionable M&A and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Payments business leaders to identify third-party solutions.
• Manage day-to-day pipeline execution and governance materials.
• Source, evaluate, and advance acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities, including external relationships.
• Lead and/or oversee financial modeling, valuation, and business case development; prepare executive materials.
• Drive transaction execution components with Legal and other functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and regions.
• Support post-deal and post-partnership execution planning and KPI tracking.
• Manage relationships with select partners and portfolio companies; review performance and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
• Maintain market intelligence on payments/fintech and regulatory developments.
