JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an experienced Vice President to lead Integration and Programme efforts within the ICB Corporate Development team, driving end-to-end integration of acquisitions and ensuring value across product, technology and operations.

You will coordinate governance, planning, and stakeholder communications, partner with senior leaders, and steer due diligence and negotiations to support strategic partnerships and investments.

Qualificações

• Experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, integration/programme management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience leading complex integrations or large-scale programmes, ideally within product, technology, or financial services environments.
• Strong business-management capabilities, including governance, planning, and controls.
• Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and extract insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present at executive level.
• Delivery-oriented with strategic mindset and ability to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end integration of acquisitions across the ICB Corporate Development portfolio, Day 1 planning and execution.
• Lead and own Integration Management Office activities across integrations, prioritising workstreams.
• Develop and implement integration strategies with senior leaders to realise value and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for integration communications, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Evaluate new partnerships and acquisitions, including due diligence and commercial negotiations.
• Own governance and controls framework across initiatives, aligning with standards.
• Lead portfolio management across partnerships, acquisitions, and investments, tracking status and dependencies.
