Job summary

JPM Payments is seeking an Executive Director to drive corporate development and strategic partnerships, accelerating growth through disciplined deal execution and high-impact collaborations. You will lead end-to-end transactions, coordinating with product, technology, finance, legal, risk, and regional stakeholders to deliver value.

The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and advancing acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities, creating executive materials, and overseeing

Qualifications

Experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, corporate finance, venture/PE, or related roles.
Strong understanding of startup engagement and early-stage investment and partnership landscape.
Proven success building and executing commercial partnerships that accelerate product/technology strategy.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; experience creating investment/partnership memos and executive materials.

Responsibilities

Support leadership in translating strategy into actionable M&A, minority investment, and partnerships.
Collaborate with Payments business leaders to identify third-party solutions addressing product/tech gaps.
Manage day-to-day pipeline execution and track decisions/outcomes.
