• Proven track record in sponsorship, commercial partnerships and fundraising.
• Strong strategic and negotiation skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow revenues across BAFTA, BAFTA albert, and hospitality businesses.
• Lead and align cross-organisation commercial activities, including IP exploitation and new revenue lines.
• Drive end-to-end deal packaging, relationship management and ROI measurement.
• Manage teams and processes in a complex stakeholder environment.
