L25 Group Limited is seeking a Delivery Manager to own client engagements end to end in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, risk and commercials across one or more engagements, and keep stakeholders aligned from first brief to production delivery.

Whether you have years of delivery leadership or are stepping up, you will be judged on outcomes and your ability to move fast while keeping delivery steady.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end to end.
• Keep complex, regulated delivery on track, on scope and trusted by everyone in the room.
• Lead Delivery Managers run L25 engagements from first conversation to production, owning plan, pace and relationships.
• Own scope, timelines, risk and commercials across one or more engagements at once.
• Lead Business Analysts, Consultants and engineers, clearing blockers and making hard calls early.
• Ship in weeks where legacy vendors scope for months in a fast, AI-native work environment.
