Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within a creative or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong commercial awareness (budgeting, margin, forecasting).
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident stakeholder and client management ability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Control scope, timelines, budget and resources across all assigned projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.
• Align Creative, Strategy, Client Services and Production into a single delivery plan.
• Maintain full visibility of project status at all times.
• Own project financial performance, including budget management and margin protection.
• Create and maintain Statements of Work (SoW), project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Forecast resource demand across project lifecycle.
• Identify capacity gaps and risks early and manage third-party suppliers.
