Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency with a global client roster and teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are seeking a Group Program Director who will lead the Delivery capability for a portfolio of clients, shaping strategy and ensuring health, growth, and performance.

You will mentor delivery staff from Associates to Senior Directors, drive staffing, budgets, and new business priorities, and partner with finance, recruiting, and discipline leads to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years in program/delivery management with product and digital transformation delivery expertise.
• Ability to grow core expertise across a team and foster continuous learning.
• Change-agent mindset; drive process/tools improvements, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Proven experience owning scope, estimation, and budget integrity for complex engagements.
• Trusted escalation point for clients and senior stakeholders; know when to escalate.
• Strong financial acumen; partner with Finance on revenue planning and investments.

• Oversee health and performance of delivery portfolios across clients and major accounts.
• Lead estimation and scope development; review budgets and contracts.
