Job summary

Novo Nordisk UK Rare Disease unit seeks an Executive Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to keep the team organised, compliant and moving forward. Split 50/50 across leadership support and marketing admin to deliver materials, events and budget tracking.

You will work closely with the Rare Disease leadership team, coordinate travel, meetings, promotions updates in PromoMats, and help ensure timely, compliant communications for healthcare professionals and patients in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record working in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows platforms.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritisation.
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Degree in science or business field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the Rare Disease VP’s time, priorities, travel and events.
• Provide admin support to the Rare Disease dept and ensure SOP compliance.
• Deliver project support including budgets and purchase orders.
• Act as PromoMats super user and manage withdrawals and updates.
• Keep field materials available by monitoring inventory and reprints.
• Coordinate meetings, exhibitions and congresses and contract processing.
