Evolve Selection is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to recruit an EMEA Marketing Coordinator for Specialist Care, covering Oncology and Neurology. The role focuses on coordinating regional marketing projects, events, and presence at international congresses, working with diverse teams across multiple markets.

The position is full-time, based in Hertfordshire with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and includes international travel.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech sector experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating meetings, conferences or events.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance processes in pharma marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Specialist Care marketing projects to deliver compliant materials on time.
• Organise customer-facing events including advisory boards and speaker meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for international congress activity and on-site marketing at events.
• Maintain project trackers, PO approvals and budget tracking to keep spend in check.
• Manage marketing materials and approvals via Veeva PromoMats respecting internal processes.
• Support on-site delivery of international meetings and travel where needed.

Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an EMEA Marketing Coordinator to join their Specialist Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of regional marketing activity across Oncology and Neurology, working closely with EMEA Marketing teams and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role will play a key part in coordinating marketing projects, customer-facing events and presence at major international congresses, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client’s head office in Hertfordshire. Hybrid working is available, offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. International travel will also be required as part of the role.

Ideal Requirements for the EMEA Marketing Coordinator

• Previous pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally within a regional or EMEA marketing environment, with an understanding of working across multiple markets and cultures.
• Proven experience coordinating meetings, conferences, exhibitions or events, ideally involving medium to large-scale or international activity.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats, with an understanding of the importance of compliance and approval processes within pharmaceutical marketing.
• Good financial and budget management experience, including managing project expenses, purchase orders and budget tracking.

Role Responsibilities for the EMEA Marketing Coordinator

• Support EMEA marketing activity by coordinating the delivery of Specialist Care marketing projects, ensuring materials and activities are delivered accurately, compliantly and on time.
• Coordinate customer-facing events including advisory boards and speaker meetings, managing logistics, procurement, contracts, compliance requirements and communication with external stakeholders.
• Support international congress activity by coordinating logistics, meetings, materials and on-site marketing activity at key industry events.
• Manage project administration and budgets by maintaining trackers, coordinating purchase orders, supporting financial approvals and ensuring marketing expenditure remains within agreed budgets.
• Coordinate marketing materials and approvals through Veeva PromoMats, ensuring relevant internal processes and compliance requirements are followed.
• Support successful on-site delivery of international meetings and congresses, including international travel where required.
