Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Community Program Manager to lead and enhance our C-level executive communities.

The role focuses on strategic engagement, program development, and strong relationship-building at the c-level to deliver peer-led experiences that add value for members. You will collaborate with internal partners to design agendas, manage client-facing events (in-person and virtual), and drive participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 3–5 years of client success or sales experience required; B2B experience preferred.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with C-level executives.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance C-level executive communities using Gartner best practices.
• Recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives through multi-channel outreach.
• Develop world-class agendas for community programs and ensure seamless execution.
• Host or MC in-person programs and oversee travel (~4 times/year).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services, and Operations to maximize value for members.
