Job summary

World 50 Group seeks an energetic Group Leader to curate, build, and lead an elite peer community of senior executives from top global businesses. You will strategically connect, advise, and support members, growing the program with new offerings and revenue opportunities.

You will lead events and virtual gatherings, craft agendas and themes, and edit insights from conversations to deliver valuable member content and lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, advising C-level and senior executives.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through retention and upselling of services.
• Skilled at leading live and virtual sessions with high-level peers.
• Experience collaborating with start-ups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Creative, inquisitive thinker with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the membership base for World 50 Group.
• Manage relationships to understand member needs and facilitate connections.
• Lead program creation and execution for summits, dinners, and virtual events.
• Collaborate with Member Services Associate to enhance member experience.
• Maintain an active online community and curate insightful communications.
