Job summary

Gartner seeks a Community Program Manager to lead our C-level executive communities, shaping peer-led experiences and driving engagement among senior leaders.

You will recruit, nurture and retain C-suite members, coordinate multi-channel outreach, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services and Operations to deliver high-impact programs, including in-person and virtual events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required.
• Business Development experience is highly preferred.
• Business-to-business experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI preferred.
• Proven experience building trust-based relationships with c-level executives offering strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop world class agendas for community programs and ensure seamless execution.
• Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communication with executives, sponsors, and internal teams.
• Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, hosting or MCing and speaking publicly.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services, and Operations to deliver high-impact programs.
• Analyse and leverage community data to track engagement, growth, and program success.
