Capital OneUK is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the VP of International Expansion & Risk within Network Risk Operations, part of the Global Payment Network. The role will build a new team from the ground up, driving hiring onboarding, and providing administrative leadership in a hybrid London office.

You'll manage executive calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, and prepare high-level materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative support role within a large organization.
• Ability to manage administrative oversight for a growing team.
• Proven experience coordinating travel, expenses, and onboarding processes.
• Strong calendar management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with risk management, payment networks, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of International Expansion & Risk, including calendar management, scheduling, and time optimization.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding logistics to support the growing risk team.
• Manage end-to-end travel planning and expense processing for leadership and team.
• Prepare and refine high-level meeting materials, agendas, and pre-read documents.
• Oversee team logistics, communications, and central contact for departmental inquiries.
• Plan and coordinate team meetings and off-site events, including scheduling and room bookings.
