Reed in Partnership is seeking an Executive Coach to support participants through 1:2:1 coaching and group training, in-person and remotely. The role involves travelling to offices across Cambridge, Harlow, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Stevenage, Wisbech, Ely and Saffron Walden, so a UK driving license and access to a own vehicle are essential.

Essential criteria include strong customer-facing experience, ability to run training sessions, and a minimum of two A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing roles and target-driven environments.
• Experience running group and/or individual training sessions.
• Minimum two A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at or above Grade B.
• Strong administration, numeracy and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Identify participants requiring tailored support in collaboration with Employment Advisers.
• Develop and manage employer relationships to secure opportunities.
• Assist with CV creation, job search and interview preparation.
• Facilitate group training sessions to progress participants toward employment.
