Reed in Partnership is seeking a Careers Coach to support young people and jobseekers across Clacton, Colchester and Chelmsford. The role focuses on career guidance, CV writing, interview preparation and practical job search support, with a pro-rata base salary of £30,000–£31,500 and travel involved.

The position is office based with travel locally. You will diagnose needs, deliver group and one-to-one coaching, and build strong links with DWP/JCP referral partners to maximise opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in a performance-target driven environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Identify participants' skills and suitable training, placements and volunteering opportunities.
• Provide CV preparation, job-searching, and interview skills support.
• Conduct outreach at community organisations and events to generate referrals.
• Engage with employers, training providers and referral partners to source opportunities.
