Job summary

Nexthink, based in the UK, is seeking a seasoned Client Director to manage premier accounts from Cannon Street, London. You will lead executive relationships, coordinate across Solution Sales, Consulting, Support and Professional Services, and drive renewals, upsells and services for strategic outcomes.

Hybrid work model with office and remote elements, fostering strong onboarding and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced market.
• 2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role with multi-million-dollar sales.
• Experience selling IT Service Management or IT Operations Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and oversee executive relationships.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and Nexthink.
• Collaborate with Solution Sales/Consulting/Support/Services to deliver Nexthink solutions.
• Develop a roadmap and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals and services.
