Job summary

Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks an Executive Chef to lead the Kitchen Department, plan and monitor budgets, and ensure top health and safety standards. This role balances hands-on line work with strategic oversight to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will manage diverse BOH teams, collaborate across departments and train staff to align with the brand’s culinary standards and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Culinary trained and professional with passion to grow as a Chef.
• Experience managing P&L, labour, purchasing and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Oversee BOH teams (Pastry, Production, Pizza, Pasta) including recruitment and training.
• Enforce health and safety policies and company procedures across the kitchen.
• Delegate tasks and maintain daily checklists for service, events and dietary needs.
• Educate staff on safe work habits and emergency procedures.
• Develop menus, control costs and ensure food quality and presentation.
