Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations across one of our houses or public restaurants in London. You will oversee budgeting, staff assignments, and ensure top quality dishes that satisfy members.

Work closely with the General Manager to continually improve the food offering and guest experience. The role requires a strong leader, hands-on cooking expertise, and a focus on profitability while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar capacity.
• Culinary trained and professional with passion to grow as a Chef.
• Experience managing P&L, labour, purchasing, vendors and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations and staff, including scheduling and discipline.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Events on menu creation and food cost controls.
• Ensure health and safety policy and hygiene standards are followed.
• Delegate tasks to team and ensure smooth service and kitchen operations.
• Train and develop staff according to the Club's training schedules.
