Soho House is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Kitchen Department, plan, organize and oversee operations, ensuring high standards, on-line coordination and strong business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves practical line duties, budgeting in collaboration with senior management, and maintaining exceptional health, sanitation and safety standards across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kitchen Department and drive efficient BOH operations.
• Oversee budgeting, food quality, and health & safety standards.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing/events on menus, costs and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and allergy procedures.
