Job summary

Aspens Services Ltd. is seeking an Executive Chef Manager to lead culinary standards across school sites. You will rollout new menus, balance financial and customer needs, and guide kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food and service.

The role requires strong budgeting, effective communication across levels, and a compliance-focused approach to health, safety and hygiene. A car allowance is provided with the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in development or senior culinary role.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to operate within a compliance-led environment (H&S, hygiene, COSHH).

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and launch of innovative school menu offerings, balancing financial, operational and customer needs.
• Develop engaging food offers and marketing initiatives to stay ahead of trends and drive profitability.
• Mentor and coach chefs and unit managers on standards, policies and food safety.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service, acting as escalation point for issues.
• Drive growth by increasing sales and retaining existing business.
