Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking an Executive Chef Manager in Ipswich to lead the day-to-day catering operations across the site, ensuring high-quality food production and outstanding customer service for staff and members.

You will work closely with the operations manager to manage budgets and drive continuous improvement, maintaining dining standards year-round and aligning with company values and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high standards of food and service.
• Experience leading catering teams in a similar environment.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or equivalent cooking qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team in daily production and service for members and staff dining across the site.
• Manage the location's budget and contribute to annual financial planning.
• Develop the food offer aligned with client expectations and market trends.
• Prepare and report monthly/annual Profit & Loss statements for the site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguarding procedures.
