Job summary

Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead the Kitchen Department, plan and organize operations, and manage expo and ticket times while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, budgeting with the General Manager and Head Chefs, and overseeing BOH functions to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Culinary training and professional approach to growth as a Chef.
• Experience managing P&L, labour, purchasing, vendors and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations including recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Ensure health and safety policy compliance and allergy procedures.
• Delegate tasks and complete daily checklists to support service levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Events on menu creation, costs and product delivery.
• Educate and train staff on safe work habits and proper processes.
• Create and enforce processes to run an efficient kitchen and manage food cost.
• Support top-quality food production, seasonal menus, and display signage.
