Job summary

Soho House is seeking an Executive Chef to lead and shape the Kitchen Department, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety and operational excellence. The role combines strong business acumen with hands-on kitchen leadership, including budgeting, menu development and staff oversight in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will manage BOH teams, drive cost controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional member experiences, while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Culinary trained and professional who is passionate and curious to develop and grow as a Chef.
• Experience managing P&L, labour, purchasing, vendors and quality control while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Influential leader and operational Chef with proven experience delivering effective Culinary Programs, team management and profit driving dining experiences.
• Oversee Back of House operation (Pastry, Production, Pizza, Pasta and Specialty Cooks) including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and disciplinary procedures, and staff appraisals.
• Adhere to health and safety policy and ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards.
