Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Change Reporting & Insight Lead to own enterprise reporting, deliver timely insight and support executive decision-making across the change portfolio. You’ll design, deliver and continuously improve reporting standards and information flows to ExCo / Board.

You will lead a team of Reporting Analysts, partner across Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk, and translate complex portfolio data into clear narratives that influence governance forums in a

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and owning enterprise-scale reporting frameworks and portfolio-level reporting for senior governance forums.
• Strong technical expertise in reporting, analytics, trend analysis, performance measurement and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a regulated environment and to lead reporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise change reporting standards and information flows, ensuring transparent reporting up to ExCo/Board.
• Drive better decision-making through forward-looking analysis and portfolio performance intelligence.
• Lead and develop a team of Reporting Analysts, partnering with Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk to embed reporting controls and data quality.
