Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a senior Change Reporting & Insight Lead in Leeds to own enterprise change reporting and generate insights for executive decision-makers. You will lead a team and partner across Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk to ensure high-quality, timely information.

The role focuses on improving reporting standards, data quality and decision support across the change portfolio, up to ExCo/Board, with a flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and owning enterprise-scale reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio information into clear narratives for executives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise change reporting, including standards and information flows.
• Deliver high-quality insight, including trend analysis, forward-looking indicators and portfolio performance intelligence.
• Lead and develop a team of Reporting Analysts across Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk.
