Markerstudy is seeking a Business Manager to support the Chief Change Officer, delivering polished executive storytelling, insightful board reporting and sharp PowerPoint packs that land with leadership.

You will work across change, technology, operations and finance to join the dots, maintain momentum and turn complex change into clear, confident narratives for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills for executive-ready and board-ready packs.
• Strong storytelling and communication to translate data into concise messages.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Chief Change Officer’s central point of coordination across the change team, creating clarity, rhythm and momentum.
• Build relationships across change, technology, operations, finance, communications and business teams to align delivery.
• Create standout PowerPoint packs for executive, board, committee and leadership meetings with structure and visual impact.
• Attend senior meetings with the Chief Change Officer, take minutes and track actions through to completion.
• Shape stories for senior audiences, translating data, risks, progress and decisions into concise messages and calls to action.
• Produce board and executive reporting that is polished, accurate and action-oriented.
