Job description

1. Conduct Scheduled Audits:
   • Conduct regular audits of all outlets, both within and outside Dhaka, to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
2. Inventory Verification:
   • Conduct stock counts and verifications to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
3. Financial Process Review:
   • Review and verify cash handling procedures, sales transactions, and expense documentation.
   • Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or violations of company policies and report findings to management.
4. Compliance Assurance (Simplified):
   • Make sure all outlets follow hygiene rules, quality standards, and company procedures correctly.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
   • Assist in preparing comprehensive audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations to enhance operations.
6. Follow-Up & Support (Simplified):
   • Check whether the suggested fixes have been implemented and provide support until everything is fully corrected.
7. Perform regular branch visits.
