Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEOs and MDs in a prominent production company. The role requires extensive experience in the TV sector, specifically with TV commissioners. Key responsibilities include multi-diary management, international travel coordination, and providing ad hoc office support. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office position in East London, starting ASAP.

Executive Assistant to CEOs & MD

Dates: Starting ASAP, Notice allowing. Contract: Permanent. Base: East London. In office/OFFICE BASED - 5 DAYS PER WEEK.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join one of our production clients. The candidate must be an experienced PA or EA within the TV sector and worked with TV commissioners as well as understanding the industry and have TV contacts. Anyone who has worked with commissioners or in a similar role in production companies would possibly work.
