Executive Assistant | £55,000- £65,000 (Salary depending on experience)

Fully Office-Based

9am-6pm

Our client, an exciting membership consultancy that partners with well-known retailers across London, is hiring an organised and committed Executive Assistant. The role is to provide support to two directors in an exciting growth period! They are looking for a loyal and trustworthy candidate who can commit to the role long-term and be invested in the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the company directors in full diary and inbox management.
• Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and managing itineraries for directors.
• Booking and arranging international and domestic travel.
• Dealing with enquiries and correspondence (Distributing, responding and gatekeeping for directors)
• Sitting in on board meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
• Administration duties for general office management when required.

Personal Specification:

• 1+ years experience as a PA/EA
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to form strong relationships whilst remaining calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidence
