Job description

We are working with a leading provider of large-format graphics based in Hertfordshire, to find a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, supporting various departments, and helping the business thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Admin support to the various departments of the business including sales, accounts, project management and production.
  2. Managing office facilities, ensuring everything is in working order.
  3. Providing admin support to the Directors including taking meeting notes and co-ordinating travel arrangements.
  4. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and buying efficiencies, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  5. Providing admin support for ISO and other industry accreditation applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A dynamic, organised individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Strong experience in office or studio management, ideally within a design studio, production house, or printing company.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  4. Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
