This role exists for one reason, to materially increase the Founder’s leverage. If done well, this hire will free up his time by removing friction, owning decisions that don’t need to sit with him, and ensuring his energy is spent on the highest impact work only. This is not a classic “gatekeeper EA” role. It’s a trusted operator, someone who sits close to the Founder, understands context quickly, and acts with judgment. You'll blend world‑class executive support with light operational ownership and office leadership, keeping both the Founder and the wider team moving at pace.
