Executive Assistant to COO & Chief of Staff

Central London | £65,000 – £75,000 DOE | 4 Days in Office, 1 WFH

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the COO and Chief of Staff of a very well respected organisation within professional services. This role requires a confident and proactive individual with proven board-level support experience and a background in professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and Chief of Staff, including complex diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and board members, ensuring seamless communication and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of board papers, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the leadership team and external partners.
  • Anticipate needs and provide solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated board-level EA experience in a professional services or insurance environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with a calm and confident approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong discretion, integrity, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
